At the Hartford Baking Co. on New Park Avenue in West Hartford, owner Scott Kluger and a staff that includes his mother and brother turn out these crusty, handmade breads every day. A blackboard lists their specialties—among them, baguettes, French peasant, rustic Italian, multigrain, and honey whole wheat.
