The Investment

The initial franchise fee for a Seasons franchise is $25,000.00. However, the first five (5) prospects that purchase franchises from Seasons Franchising will pay a discounted Franchise Fee of $12,500.00 which reduces the estimated initial investment by $12,500. This offer will end with the fifth franchise awarded or by June 30th, 2013.

Area Development Opportunities

We may offer an Area Development Agreement to qualified prospects who can secure additional markets by signing a development agreement for multiple units. The fee associated with the Area Development Agreement is a $5,000.00 deposit for each unit included in the agreement. For each unit opened, you will be credited the $5,000 deposit towards the initial franchise fee for that unit. Franchisees can select from our target markets or propose an area to develop along with a sound business plan. Once the terms of the Area Development schedule is established, we will agree and set a timetable for launch of the magazine. If a franchisee purchases multiple franchises, he or she must live within a suitable, effective distance of the areas the magazines serve, as approved by Seasons Magazines. It is vital that each franchisee has roots in his or her respective community and is actively involved in community life.
